The villa was fully modernised and adapted in 2016 and offers fantastic accommodation in the sun, all year round.
The accommodation comprises four bedrooms (two en-suite) in the main villa plus a further two bedrooms in an attached apartment. There is a spacious lounge and a luxurious, well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher in the villa, with a further lounge and kitchen in the apartment. There are two washing machines in the villa. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside, the terrace provides a sun trap all year round and a gas barbecue, with an 8-metre x 4-metre pool (heated on request). There are large gardens at the front and the rear garden, which includes a hot tub, leads directly onto the golf course via a buggy gate.
The villa has state of the art audio visual facilities with fibre Internet, TVs (full TV package including Sky Sports and Movies) in all lounges and bedrooms as well as a large screen TV in the terrace. There is a top quality hi-fi system that will allow you to listen to your favourite sounds in the villa, on the terrace, or by the pool.
