The villa includes modern up to date facilities to enable disabled guests to access all areas and services, including:

- Ceiling track hoist in the main bedroom in the villa, between the bed and wet room (please bring your own sling)
- Accessible ensuite wet room in the main bedroom, including a warm air body drier
- Wheeling, tilt-in-space shower chair
- Electric Pool hoist (Sling available or you can choose to bring your own)
- Hospital-style bed in the main bedroom of the villa
- Hospital-style bed available for hire for use in other bedrooms or in the apartment
- Accessible wetroom in the apartment
- Portable hoist for use in other bedrooms or in the apartment
- All internal spaces in the villa are fully level-access and all external areas are accessible by wheelchair
- Control TV, audio and lighting remotely via an app
- Lowered work surface in the kitchen area to enable wheelchair access
- All doors widened to accommodate wheelchairs
